Johannes Schnell, CEO, studied aerospace technology in Munich along with German as a foreign language and history. In the course of a long career within e-learning, he has acquired extensive knowledge in the areas of instructional design, e-learning content design, linguistics and localization.

The Company CBTL GmbH was founded by him, together with 4 other partners, in 1999.

Through his teaching experience at the University of Bangor in the UK, he also has extensive experience in the creation and implementation of learning materials in other languages.

Björn Preußer acts as the interface between product development, sales and marketing for CBTL GmbH. The Cologne e-learning expert and coach has been part of the Munich-based company since 2013. He is currently planning the launch of SATELLITE, the completion of the new CBTL ACADEMY and is expanding the Cologne office.

Rooted in training, he previously helped companies build online and blended learning solutions. He consults for CBTL GmbH on the creation, introduction and roll-out of e-learning strategies in companies and organisations.

How to find us

Our headquarters and training facilities are located in the north of Munich, not far from the Olympic Center.

The easiest way to reach us by car is by using the Autobahn motorways and the “Mittlerer Ring” ring road. Parking places can be found directly by our building.
It is also easy to get here by public transport. Tram and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity.
